I've seen this movie a number of times as it's been the subject of numerous bad movie nights. There's another substitution in the Athena/Achilles fight near the end that I think you missed. Just prior to being thrown on the bed, Athena attempts some kind of sweep kick to knock Achilles off his feet. However, the actress playing Athena has been replaced in this particular shot with a male stunt double.
"Kurva" is Polish word means "whore". But is russian word too.
He say "Do svidanya" too. It's "goodbyе". I'm from Russia and I F***ing love rhis movie.
Strange. Director Stuart Gordon had concerns about making a film that would appeal to children as well as adults? Didn't we have something else like that on television as well? Oh yeah, it was called Captain Power.
And go figure that Power's father would be named Dr. Stuart Gordon Power. Foreshadowing perhaps (as Power was out in 1987, while Robot Jox came out in 1989.)

The bad guy at the "wheelchair fight" said "kurva", not klingon. In hungarian language it means whore. Who played, as this actor?? 😀
